Noble Kumawu is the President and founder of the Organisation Development [OD] Institute. Prior to establishing the OD Institute, Ghana, the first African Post Graduate Institution specialized in Organisation Development training, he was the C. E. O of the Consultancy firm, Organisation Capacity Improvement Consultants (OCIC) which delivered training and cutting-edge capacity building and consultancy services to relevant public, private and not-for-profit institutions in the areas of OD Consultancy, Training and Research in Africa and worldwide. He has a vast range of experience and has impacted and brought change to organisations and individuals nationally and across the globe. He has attained membership of very reputable international organisations in the area of OD.
He is currently the Chair of the Richard Beckhard Award Committee of the International Organisation Development Association (IODA) USA’s, Board Member of the International Society for Organisation Development and Change (ISODC) USA, President of the Organisation Development Practitioners’ Association (ODPA), Ghana.
Noble won the coveted Richard Beckhard Award for his outstanding contribution to the field of OD in 2008. He is also a prolific writer and has authored many books and articles in Organisation Development.
Currently, he shuffles between Africa & Europe serving and imparting knowledge in his OD profession across the world. He is
