Dr. Dolores Opon holds a PhD in Organisational Systems from Saybrook University in California, USA. She also holds Masters and Post graduate degrees in Communication Studies and Organisational Development from the University of Ghana and University of Cape Coast   & Organisational Development Institute respectively. She is also the Chief Executive of The Options Group Limited and the founder of Best Life Advocates, an NGO for older persons.

She loves to travel, dance, engage with people, and learn new skills.
