Organisation Development Institute (ODI) is offering training and certification in Total Quality Management (TQM)/Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology that can be applied to any aspect of a business (education,banking & finance, healthcare, logistics & transport, mining, manufacturing, media, etc.). The TQM/LSS is the latest strategic management concept designed to provide higher quality standards, exceed customer expectations, eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and lower operational costs to improve profitability.
TQM/LSS COURSE TRAINING STARTING IN APRIL 2023
Green Belt Training Online: The duration of this course is 35 hours and consists of 30 lessons. Each lesson will have an assignment, deliverable, or quiz associated with it. Online access to course content is available at all times during the sessions. An expert instructor (Quality Guru) will be available for guidance, discussions, and feedback on coursework.
Black Belt Training Online: The duration of this course is 91 hours and consists of the Body of Knowledge (BOK) for certification. After the successful completion of this program, participants will be equipped to manage advanced Lean Six Sigma projects and actively lead organization-wide improvement efforts. Black Belts will learn how to apply advanced tools and techniques to achieve cost reductions and quality improvements in their organization and be able to guide, mentor, and define projects for Green Belts.
CORPORATE COURSES
Lean Six Sigma Corporate Executive Coaching: Designed as a one or two-day course aimed at executive-level management to raise awareness of what Lean Six Sigma is and why management is the key to a successful launch.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Training
The Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Training is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive overview of high-level process writing of controlled documentation that the regulatory agencies require. The duration of this course is 20 hours and covers eight (8) Modules. Participants will gain a better understanding of the regulatory expectations, and properly design, create, and review SOPs.
Advanced Certificate in Operational Cost Reduction Training
Most organizations accept without question the principle that operational costs should be kept as low as possible provided they do not put key corporate objectives at risk. Reducing costs is often problematic because it is not exactly clear what is to be done, and the value of this cost reduction to the organization, in the areas you seek savings. The Advanced Certificate in Operational Cost Reduction (ACOCR) using Lean Six Sigma Methodology (LSSM) is designed specifically to address this dilemma in organizations. The ACOCR is of a 6-month duration and all participants must enroll with their operational cost data that the course will help to reduce at a minimum rate of 10%.
