To support the Academic, research and public service efforts of the Institute by providing efficient, effective and professional service to our various client groups through the provision of credible information, advice and caring support in a safe inspiring setting.
ACADEMIC AFFAIRS OFFICE
The Academic Affairs Office provides administrative support to the Institute for recruitment, admission, registration, matriculation, examination and graduation of students. This includes interacting with both students and faculty to provide services in the following areas:
- Academic calendars
- Academic history
- Campus enrollment support
- Lecture hall scheduling
- Enforcement of academic policies
- Course auditing
- Faculty/staff support
- Graduation planning and certification
- Integrity, access and security of records
- Enrollment verification
- Transcripts requests
- Compilation of student data reports
- Regulatory compliance with National Accreditation Board (NAB)
- Student database support
