Academic Registry

The Academic Registry of the Institute is responsible for most student-oriented processes from admissions through to awards ceremonies. The Registry is particularly responsible for three key areas of activity: Admissions, Exams and Records as well Faculty related issues.

The Registrar's Office assists the President on issues of Institute governance, and provides secretarial support for the Board of Trustees, the Academic Board, and Committees that may be setup.

To support the Academic, research and public service efforts of the Institute by providing efficient, effective and professional service to our various client groups through the provision of credible information, advice and caring support in a safe inspiring setting.

The Academic Affairs Office provides administrative support to the Institute for recruitment, admission, registration, matriculation, examination and graduation of students. This includes interacting with both students and faculty to provide services in the following areas:

  • Academic calendars
  • Academic history
  • Campus enrollment support
  • Lecture hall scheduling
  • Enforcement of academic policies
  • Course auditing
  • Faculty/staff support
  • Graduation planning and certification
  • Integrity, access and security of records
  • Enrollment verification
  • Transcripts requests
  • Compilation of student data reports
  • Regulatory compliance with National Accreditation Board (NAB)
  • Student database support
